Mr. Halikias is President of Consecta |
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Consecta, Halikias was the
Global Marketing Director for Business Process Outsourcing in the
Hewlett-Packard Company Enterprise Services Group, managing BPO
Product Management, Marketing and Sales Readiness initiatives
worldwide. Prior to HP, Halikias held a number of executive
positions at EDS, including Director of BPO Product Management, CRM
Service Line Leader, and BPO Chief Technology Officer.
Earlier in his career, he served as VP & GM for Aurigin
Services, President of IDDEX, and Software & Services General
Manager for HP's North American High End Enterprise Business. Alex
holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the
University of Santa Clara and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of California, Santa Cruz.

Mr. Fullington is Strategic Initiatives &
Acquisitions of Consecta. Mr. Fullington has participated in many
aspects of management and leadership, with emphasis on business
strategy and technology planning. His primary business focus is on
the application of advanced technology to leverage the
effectiveness of Consecta's and its clients' businesses and
operations. |
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Consecta, Mr. Fullington was
a Principal in the IBM Management Consulting Group. He led a
cross-industry general business practice that supported strategy,
business transformation, work flow and IT strategy and planning.
Prior to becoming a principal, Mr. Fullington was IBM's Outsourcing
Manager for the Florida region. He has been involved in all phases
of outsourcing systems, including business processes and shared
services. Mr. Fullington graduated from the University of Florida
with a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Business
Administration degree.

Ms. Hartley is the Senior Vice President,
Relationship Management, of Consecta specializing in business
process outsourcing services and fee based/ancillary product
marketing support. She has over 15 years experience in the
insurance and payment protection industry. Ms. Hartley is
responsible for assisting our clients in the design, development,
implementation, ongoing management and financial reporting of their
insurance and payment protection programs. She has been a past
speaker at the American Bankers Insurance Association (ABIA) and
Consumer Credit Industry Association (CCIA) annual
conferences. |
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Consecta, Ms. Hartley managed
the accounting operations for a trauma health care center. One of
her projects involved managing the development and installation of
a new accounts payable system with a nationally recognized software
vendor. The project involved integrating the purchasing, receiving,
storeroom and accounts payable departments, and eliminating
duplicate efforts resulting in immediate cost savings for the
hospital. Ms. Hartley was also the Total Quality Management
facilitator for the entire organization, assisting teams throughout
the hospital in achieving the corporate goal of improving service
and productivity levels. Ms. Hartley graduated from the University
of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science
degree in accounting.

Ms. Santangelo is Vice President of
Marketing. Ms. Santangelo has over 18 years experience in the fee
based/ancillary product marketing support in payment protection
products. |
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Consecta in 2005, Ms.
Santangelo was Vice President, Client Services at the Bank of
America (formerly FleetBoston Financial) and was responsible for
the management of the Client Services staff and held overall
responsibility for the client relationships. In addition, Ms.
Santangelo managed the Fee Products Division, which included value
added products, membership programs as well as incentive/premium
program. Previously, Ms. Santangelo was Senior Paralegal -
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for FleetBoston Financial's
Complementary Products Group. Prior to that, she worked for Advanta
Corp. for over 10 years in various positions in the insurance and
fee products division that provided such programs for their credit
card, mortgage and leasing customer bases.
